“Summer Feminist Connect 2019” is organized by several groups in which migrants, refugees and friends are politically active together.
We are aiming for a meeting that is not dominated by white activists*. That’s why we especially invite groups that are organized by People of Color, Black people of Color and white people together. On this blog (website) you will soon find more information on the program. Around the beginning of June we will post a short invitation in many different languages and tell you more about registration procedures (due to the restricted ammount of sleeping places)!
Our common goal for those 5 days is to be together in one place with more time and surrounded by a calm atmosphere. Away from the stress and tension at crowded camps, away from the hussling city, away from the challenges and hurdles of everyday life.
We find it important to bring people with different experiences and knowledge together, to listen, to learn from each other and to fight together in solidarity against exclusion, discrimination, racism, oppression and gender-based violence!

„Summer Feminist Connect 2019“ wird von mehreren Gruppen organisiert, in denen Migrant*innen, Geflüchtete und Freund*innen zusammen politisch aktiv sind.
Wir möchten darauf achten und versuchen, dass die Aktionswoche nicht von weißen Aktivistinnen* dominiert wird. Daher laden wir insbesondere Gruppen ein, in denen People of Colour, Schwarze Menschen und weiße Menschen zusammen organisiert sind.
Auf diesem Blog (Internet-Seite) findet ihr Informationen. Hier gibt es ab Juni eine kurze Einladung in vielen verschiedenen Sprachen!
Wir wollen mit Zeit und Ruhe für 5 Tage an einem Ort sein. Raus aus den Camps, raus aus der Stadt, weg von den Aufgaben und Hürden des Alltags.
Wir finden es wichtig, Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Erfahrungen und Wissen zusammenzubringen, zuzuhören, voneinander und miteinander zu lernen um gemeinsam und solidarisch gegen Ausgrenzung, Diskriminierung, Rassismus, Unterdrückung und geschlechtsspezifische Gewalt zu kämpfen!
